Hi I’m Jade, founder of The Good Practice.

My philosophy is simple: I believe all aesthetic treatments should celebrate your individuality instead of changing who you are. We all have such unique features and my goal is to enhance that natural beauty while helping you feel like the very best version of yourself.
I have worked as a Registered Nurse within the NHS for the past 10 years, gaining experience across a variety of acute settings including Intensive Care and A&E. Alongside The Good Practice I continue to work within a fantastic community nursing team covering a vast section of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. This role keeps patient care, compassion, and professionalism at the heart of everything I do.
Last year my husband and I welcomed our wonderful son into the world and like many first time parents it gave me a fresh perspective on life, balance and pursuing the things I'm truly passionate about. Whilst the NHS remains a huge part of who I am, I felt drawn to create something that would allow me to help people in a different way—one that focuses not only on health, but on confidence, wellbeing, and self-care.
For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by skincare and the science behind healthy, radiant skin. Combining that passion with the responsibility, safety, and expertise that come from years of nursing felt like the natural next step for me.
In my opinion the best client results are often the ones nobody can quite identify. They’re the moments people compliment you on looking refreshed, well-rested and healthy but without knowing exactly why. Subtle, natural-looking enhancements that leave you feeling confident and authentic are always my aim.
At The Good Practice you can expect honest advice, personalised treatment plans, and a welcoming, judgement-free environment where your goals and wellbeing always come first.
I look forward to being part of your skincare journey and helping you feel the very best you can.
